Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst to join a major client’s global cybersecurity program. The role focuses on governing access, IAM tooling, and AI security across multiple markets in a regulated environment.

The position is Europe-based with a hybrid/remote model to be defined, offering the chance to work with SailPoint ISC, Okta, Entra ID, and other platforms within a dynamic, international team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in IT, Security Operations, System Administration, IAM Operations, or Identity Governance.
• Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA platforms (SailPoint ISC and Okta), plus knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, AWS IAM, and access governance processes.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, MFA, SSO, Least Privilege, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Access Certification.
• Experience with compliance/security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX), scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and AI security knowledge is a strong plus.

• Operate and manage User Access Reviews and certification campaigns across SailPoint ISC, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and other SaaS platforms.
• Monitor identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, access governance controls, segregation-of-duties, remediation.
• Support Teleport onboarding and secure access initiatives with DevOps, application owners, and security stakeholders.
• Generate governance reports, audit evidence, compliance documentation, and contribute to continuous IAM process improvement, automation, and AI-access governance.

What you will do:

• Operate and manage User Access Reviews and certification campaigns across SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and other SaaS platforms.
• Monitor identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, access governance controls, segregation‑of‑duties conflicts, and remediation activities.
• Support Teleport onboarding and secure access initiatives, collaborating with DevOps, application owners, and security stakeholders.
• Generate governance reports, audit evidence, compliance documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes, automation, and AI‑access governance.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT, Security Operations, System Administration, IAM Operations, or Identity Governance.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA platforms, preferably SailPoint ISC and Okta, together with knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, AWS IAM, and access governance processes.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, MFA, SSO, Least Privilege, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Access Certification.
• Experience with compliance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX), exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash), and knowledge of AI security, machine identities, and access governance for AI platforms is a strong plus.
