Datadog is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on SDKs and instrumentation, aligning architecture with product needs and open-source collaboration. You will mentor senior ICs, drive delivery, and shape the team's culture in a hybrid Lisbon-based setting.

The role requires strong leadership, shipping background, and deep experience with Go, C, or Rust in distributed systems.
