Qualifications

• Experienced engineering leader with a track record of shipping high-quality software.
• Strong architectural and technical leadership across teams and products.
• Ability to operate across multiple languages and platforms with solid judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop a team of roughly 4-8 library engineers—coaching, feedback, and empowering senior ICs.
• Own team delivery and productivity: planning, milestones, reviews.
• Collaborate with Product to reshape platform capabilities and deliver industry-leading, open-source APM instrumentation.
• Stay hands-on where it matters: high-quality code, architecture, and sound technical decisions.
• Build relationships and align language teams with product and backend groups.
