Job summary
Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lisbon. You will lead international engineering teams across Germany and Portugal, driving delivery of core business systems with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
You will mentor engineers, provide technical direction, and work with Product Owners to translate business priorities into delivery plans. Hybrid work in Lisbon, CTI permanent contract, with health insurance and development programs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering or related tech role.
- Experience leading engineers or engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software quality and maintainability.
- Ability to translate priorities into realistic delivery plans.
- Experience working with Product Owners and Agile leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop engineering teams across regions.
- Own delivery execution and align with technology roadmap.
- Ensure sustainable, predictable, high-quality software delivery.
