You will own technical strategy, code quality and delivery velocity while mentoring talent.

• Strong design and coding skills in Java and OO design.

• Lead a cross-functional agile team of 7-10 engineers and developers.
• Translate functional specs into high-performance software designs and tasks.
• Define the technical strategy for modules and ensure optimal performance.
• Promote technical excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, onboard and develop team members and future leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Data Science to shape the roadmap.
• Manage performance, set goals, and prioritise work for the team.
