GoCardless is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Lisbon to strengthen the Global Growth engineering leadership. You will own the dashboard platform architecture and the design system used across the company, bringing depth to high-impact initiatives and acting as a technical multiplier for engineers across multiple teams.

You will report to engineering leadership for Global Growth, collaborating with managers and Principal Engineers while staying hands-on to tackle the hardest problems.

Qualificações

• Proven track record as a senior technical leader across multiple teams.
• Experience owning architecture and guiding large-scale platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture of our dashboard platform and the design system used across the company.
• Bring technical depth to de-risk high-impact initiatives and lead hardest problems.
• Act as a technical multiplier for engineers across teams while remaining hands-on.
