You will oversee technical leadership across development, architecture, and DevOps, while coaching engineers to deliver high-quality software in Agile settings.

Qualificações

• Strong background in software development across multiple technology stacks.
• Proven experience in modern software engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, testing strategies, and system design.
• Demonstrated ability to review code, challenge architectures, and guide engineers technically.
• Previous experience leading development teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing engineers.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with strong people leadership.
• Fluent in French and English.
