What’s In It For You

This is a senior contract role where you’ll lead the delivery of customer-facing initiatives inside a high-growth sales funnel. The work is all about experimentation, iterating fast, and building solutions that directly impact throughput and customer experience.

You’ll be at the centre of the action — balancing product goals with technical delivery, and making sure engineering teams can perform at their best.

The Opportunity

You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple engineering teams, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and making sure commitments are hit. That means close partnership with Product Owners and UX to refine priorities and shape work into solutions that provide real business value.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Manage risks, dependencies, and team alignment
• Coach teams on agile best practices and engineering quality
• Champion High Performance Engineering (HPE) and continuous improvement
• Support product leadership in refining backlogs and balancing delivery pace with quality
• Promote experimentation and the adoption of new technologies
