Devoteam in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee medium-sized projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost and quality are managed effectively.

You will develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, monitor financial execution and prepare management reports to support decision-making. The ideal candidate has up to 10 years of PM experience and a technical degree.

Qualificações

• Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for projects of medium size and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as listed above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ensure effective management of scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, risks, and mitigation).

Job Description

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, timeline, cost, and quality;
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks, and mitigation);
• Ensure that financial execution is in line with project execution;
• Manage relationships and maintain assertive communication with all stakeholders;
• Prepare project reports and management information, and facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for projects of medium size and complexity in terms of scope, timelines, and/or budget (mandatory certifications);
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Ability to think critically and focus on resolving bottlenecks;
