A Devoteam Portugal, no setor de energia, procura um Project Manager para gerir escopos, prazos, custos e qualidade de projetos. Esta posição envolve desenvolver planos de execução, gerir riscos e manter as partes interessadas bem informadas ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto.

O candidato ideal tem até 10 anos de experiência, licenciatura relevante, fluência em inglês e fortes competências de comunicação e resolução de problemas.

Qualificações

• Experiência até 10 anos como Project Manager em projetos de complexidade média/grande.
• Licenciatura relevante (Engenharia Informática, Software, Elétrica ou Ciência da Computação).
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicação escrita e verbal.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e proativa.
• Fluência em inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Garantir gestão eficaz de escopo, cronograma, custo e qualidade.
• Desenvolver e assegurar conformidade com planos de projeto (execução, comunicação, riscos e mitigação).
• Assegurar que a execução financeira esteja alinhada com a execução do projeto.
• Gerir relações e manter comunicação assertiva com as partes interessadas.
• Preparar relatórios e facilitar a tomada de decisão.

Job Description

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, timeline, cost, and quality;
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks, and mitigation);
• Ensure that financial execution is in line with project execution;
• Manage relationships and maintain assertive communication with all stakeholders;
• Prepare project reports and management information, and facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for projects of medium size and complexity in terms of scope, timelines, and/or budget (mandatory certifications);
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Ability to think critically and focus on resolving bottlenecks;
• Fluent in English.
