Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in Resource Management, IT Recruitment, or Technical Staffing operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

As a Resource Manager, you'll manage the talent pipeline efficiently, ensuring that client requests for specific profiles are met promptly, either through internal resources or external recruitment. Ensures the right profiles to each client.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and prioritise client needs:This includes collaborating with sales to gather requirements, prioritising requests, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Source and match consultants:Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels, prepare them for interviews, and present them to clients.

Facilitate the placement process:Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help close deals, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and consultants.

Ensure successful delivery:Oversee contract compliance, manage replacements if needed, and maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants.

• Maintain records and reporting:Keep track of candidate information, placements, and resourcing activities, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in Resource Management, IT Recruitment, or Technical Staffing operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
