FB Resourcing is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a major European build programme in Portugal. You will manage procurement, subcontractors, contract administration and cost reporting, while identifying risks and opportunities to support delivery across multiple live schemes.

The ideal candidate has senior QS experience on major projects, with main contractor background and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven commercial management on major projects.
• Experience with main contractors preferred.
• Background in commercial construction, infrastructure or major projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial management from procurement through to final accounts.
• Managing subcontractors and contract administration.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and valuations.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supporting successful project delivery across multiple live schemes.
