Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in a senior quantity surveying or commercial management role.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontract packages on large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all subcontractor procurement, including preparation of tender packages.
• Manage multiple subcontract packages from award through to final account.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts.
