A premium renovation company based in Cascais, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and a background as a Site Director. Responsibilities include estimating costs, sourcing materials, and managing supplier relationships. Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within renovation and/or construction projects.
• Experience as a Site Director with strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities will be valued.
• Proven procurement experience within Portuguese and Spanish supplier markets.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately estimate quantities, materials, and costs for project elements.
• Source and negotiate prices with suppliers across Portugal and Spain.
• Maintain and expand a network of suppliers and manufacturers.
• Prepare tender documentation and support contract negotiations.
• Support in managing project budgets, cost forecasting and financial risk mitigation.
• Produce detailed cost reports and financial analyses.
