AMGEN is seeking an ELMAC Business Analytics & Insights Manager - Obesity to lead forecasting and commercial insights for obesity brands across Europe, Canada, MEA, and LATAM. You will partner with Global Brand, Marketing, Access, Medical and Forecasting teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role combines advanced analytics, forecasting models, and market research to shape regional strategy and performance, with a focus on AI/ML improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with strong communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to translate business questions into research plans and actionable insights.
• Experience delivering insights and building forecasting capabilities across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee short and long-term forecasts and brand performance for Obesity products across regions.
• Collaborate with Global & Affiliates teams on forecasting, market research, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain regional forecasting models and support affiliates in usage.
• Drive insights generation to influence strategic decisions and performance metrics.
• Implement new analytical tools and AI/ML techniques to enhance capabilities.
• Translate research findings into practical, actionable recommendations.
