Bosch Aveiro is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop and maintain C/C++ application software for air-to-water heat pumps. You will translate system requirements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines to deliver reliable software through the full lifecycle.
The role involves MATLAB/Simulink modeling, hardware/software integration, and working in an international environment with CI/CD practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in the specified engineering or computer fields.
- Five+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with C/C++, including testing and maintenance.
Responsabilités
- Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ application software for heat pumps and heating systems.
- Implement control strategies and ensure reliable software-hardware interaction.
- Contribute to software architecture, modular design, reviews, and docs.
- Integrate, test, and debug software; resolve issues at software and system level.
- Develop MATLAB/Simulink models where used; collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Implement and troubleshoot CAN, Modbus, and LIN interfaces; CI/CD tasks.
