Job summary

Bosch Group in Aveiro is seeking a Senior MATLAB/SIMULINK Software Engineer to join the Home Comfort entity. You will shape software for heat pump applications using model-based development and collaborate with international teams to deliver reliable builds and tools.

You will advance continuous development, automation, and software quality, while empowering engineers with improved workflows and developer experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in MATLAB and SIMULINK development.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go and C.
• DevOps tooling familiarity: Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Jira and GitHub.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Enable continuous development by designing and improving workflows for software teams.
• Enhance automation of builds, tests, code analysis, packaging and releases.
• Put software quality first across the development lifecycle including testability and traceability.
• Partner with engineers to translate real needs into platform improvements.
• Improve developer experience by reducing repetitive manual work and enabling frequent validation.
