Blue Fox is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical installation teams on a major hyperscale data centre project in Setubal, Portugal. You will manage a £10m cabling and containment package, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Portugal. The role offers exposure to one of Europe’s fastest-growing sectors and a strong career path in mission-critical construction.

Qualificações

• Strong electrical construction background.
• Previous experience supervising electrical installation teams.
• Excellent knowledge of cabling, cable containment and associated electrical installations.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality and programme requirements.
• Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Data centre experience is highly advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong large-project electrical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise electrical installation teams on site.
• Oversee a £10m cabling and containment package.
• Coordinate daily site activities, labour and subcontractors.
• Monitor installation progress against the construction programme.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Carrying out inspections and identifying installation issues before they impact programme.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers and other disciplines.
• Managing site productivity and helping drive programme milestones.
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety across all electrical activities.
• Supporting testing, inspections, snagging and handover activities.
