JMG Solutions Ltd in Portugal is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical scope on a major mission-critical infrastructure project. You will ensure delivery is safe, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

You will coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, BIM and construction teams, manage planning, procurement, risks and change control, and lead subcontractors and stakeholders to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Experience across data centres, mission-critical, commercial, industrial or healthcare.
• Data centre experience highly desirable.
• Electrical Engineering or Building Services qualification.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience managing programmes, subcontractors and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all electrical construction activities from installation through to project completion.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders across the electrical package.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, and project performance.
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and site compliance.
• Manage project planning, reporting, procurement, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, BIM, and construction teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale mission-critical construction projects in Portugal.
