Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Sines, Portugal. This site-based role oversees electrical works, coordinates site activities, and ensures delivery to the highest safety, quality, and programme standards.

You will liaise with other trades, manage two-week look-ahead schedules, attend site meetings, and optimise labour resources to meet project targets on large scale data centre projects.

Qualificações

• Relevant electrical trade qualification required.
• Proven supervisory experience in an M&E contracting environment.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme.
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings.
• Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
• Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely.
• Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use.
• Identify and notify project management of variations and delays.

Requirements
