Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the quality function in product development, defining quality gates and driving improvement initiatives across projects. You will collaborate with global teams and apply structured problem solving (8D, Fishbone, 5Whys) to prevent issues and reduce warranty costs.

Responsibilities include measurement, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders, plus ensuring quality targets align with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with electrical components.
• Experience in a global organization and electronics/video/photo industry.
• Familiar with agile development and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality function in product development to identify improvement opportunities and ensure quality gates are met.
• Derive measures to improve preventive quality and implement them in projects.
• Collaborate with teams across the product lifecycle and track QA measures.
• Develop methods and monthly reports to manage stakeholder expectations with data-driven communication.
• Identify and drive quality improvement and warranty cost reduction initiatives using structured problem solving (8D, Fishbone, 5Whys).
• Monitor warranty data and customer complaints for early detection of quality problems.
