Jmg Solutions Ltd. in Portugal is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical scope of a major mission-critical infrastructure project.

You will drive delivery safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating electrical construction from installation to completion, leading teams and subcontractors, monitoring programme, budget and safety, and ensuring adherence to QA/QC, BIM, and site compliance on

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical, commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale mission-critical construction projects in Portugal.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the electrical scope of works on a high-profile project, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical construction activities from installation through to project completion.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders across the electrical package.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, and project performance.
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and site compliance.
• Manage project planning, reporting, procurement, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, BIM, and construction teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Experience in sectors such as data centres, mission-critical, commercial, industrial, or healthcare.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Qualification or trade background in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience managing programmes, subcontractors, and project delivery.
