Globaldata is seeking an E-Commerce Brand Shop Manager to own international brand stores and ensure a best-in-class shopping experience across markets. You will manage shops on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, handling product launches, content updates, UX improvements, and performance analysis.

The role combines commercial thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, SEO focus, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge to support shop improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience in e-commerce management or digital merchandising.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms; Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and practical content optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Strong sense for UX, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Structured, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of online brand stores and daily e-commerce operations.
• Manage and improve shops on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Launch and maintain products, collections, campaigns, landing pages, and shop content.
• Improve revenue, conversion rates, customer experience, and overall shop performance.
• Optimize shop structure, navigation, product pages, landing pages, and user journeys.
• Create, update, and manage content, including landing pages, product pages, blog articles, FAQs, and campaigns.
• Drive SEO improvements through content, shop structure, metadata, internal linking, and technical optimizations.
• Analyze traffic, conversions, sales, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and IT teams.
• Support small technical shop improvements using basic HTML and CSS where needed.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and follow through until implementation.
