Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in IT functional consulting, business analysis, data analysis or similar roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills and basic database querying for data analysis.
• Experience with data reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
• Experience with backend data sources and understanding data flows is a plus.
• Experience supporting data products and reporting applications.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira for task, incident, and project management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and creating user documentation and training materials.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Work with data sources and data flows to support data products and reporting applications.
• Perform system testing, UAT, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Create dashboards and reports, leveraging Power BI and other tools.
• Document processes and create training materials for end users.
• Deliver end-user training when needed and communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive topics forward independently.

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Experience in system testing, UAT, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of SQL and basic database querying for data analysis and issue investigation
• Experience with data reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus
• Experience working with backend data sources and understanding data flows is a plus
• Experience supporting data products and reporting applications
• Ability to analyse user‑reported issues and bridge business requirements with technical solutions
• Familiarity with Jira for task, incident, and project management
• Previous experience with Finance reporting and/or ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience creating user documentation, training materials, and process documentation
• Experience delivering end‑user training is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to explain complex technical/data topics to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Ability to independently drive topics forward and propose solutions aligned with business needs
