InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions focused on Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.

You will configure entities, workflows, and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Join a company recognized as a Great Place to Work with strong wellbeing initiatives.

Qualificações

• 3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, and APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and autonomous approach.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights;
• Customizing Dynamics 365 components, including entities, workflows, business rules, and other platform features;
• Designing and supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems through APIs;
• Troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of CRM solutions;
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver reliable solutions in a demanding environment.
