InnoTech in Lisboa, Portugal, is looking for a Mid Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. You will build end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations, while collaborating closely with peers to deliver robust outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience (Service Cloud preferred) and a Platform Developer I certification, plus EU work eligibility.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Build Salesforce features with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with the team via pair programming and proactive improvements.
• Ensure software quality through unit testing and bug fixes.
• Create technical documentation including UML diagrams and specs.

Your Mission Will Be

• Develop and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, contributing throughout the full implementation lifecycle;
• Build and enhance Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, integrations, and platform automation;
• Collaborate closely with the team through pair programming, taking ownership of solutions and proactively contributing ideas and improvements;
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, defect investigation, troubleshooting, and bug fixing;
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including UML and sequence diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.

You Will Need

• Proven experience with Salesforce implementations, ideally within Service Cloud, combined with strong Apex development skills, including classes, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL;
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura, Salesforce configuration, Flows, Validation Rules, and automation;
• Experience integrating Salesforce solutions through REST and SOAP APIs, alongside knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with additional Salesforce capabilities such as Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI), Data Cloud, Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation;
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security and Access Models, including data access and visibility;
• Experience with reporting and analytics solutions, including Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI integrations;
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for template customisation and cross-browser troubleshooting;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
