Job summary

Chain IQ is a global AI-driven procurement service partner with offices worldwide. The CRM & Sales Operations Specialist will own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across Global Markets.

The role blends hands-on system configuration with sales operations, reporting, data quality and user enablement, acting as the bridge between business users, IT and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in CRM administration or similar roles.
• ≥5 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Experience configuring fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and data modelling.
• Lifecycle management in Power Platform environments and deployments.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI and related Power Platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 and other applications.
• Ability to implement CRM changes independently without reliance on external developers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional and technical administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including users, access rights and security roles.
• Configure and maintain fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Own and prioritize the CRM change-request backlog and implement smaller changes.
• Coordinate more complex developments with IT and external partners, including testing and release management.
• Oversee application lifecycle management across Development, Test/UAT and Production environments.
• Ensure CRM supports end-to-end sales and account management processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to improve transparency across pipeline and client development.
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms.
• Maintain CRM governance standards and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
