Qualifications

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Address escalations and document resolution process.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve tickets.
• Maintain internal ticketing system in English.
• Represent the company and uphold brand values.
