Miele is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer care professional to support Dutch customers in Greece, helping with remote troubleshooting and setup questions. The role includes a comprehensive paid training program and an expat-friendly relocation package.
You will work across Customer Care and Technical Support in a dynamic, international team, with English used for training and communications. A positive attitude and willingness to relocate are essential.
Qualificações
- Native or C1-level Dutch fluency with good English (B2) for training and systems.
- General PC skills and curiosity about how gadgets work.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and join an expat-friendly lifestyle.
Responsabilidades
- Be the Problem Solver: handle calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers, assisting with remote troubleshooting and setup questions.
- Provide Premium Support: help customers locate spare parts, find serial numbers, and coordinate service with local technicians when needed.
- Level Up Your Skills: work across Customer Care and Technical Support lines of business.
- Connect Globally: operate in a large international department with English as the training and team language.
