CloserHire is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking recruiter in Lisbon, Portugal. The role starts with a six-month contract, including a 30-day trial, with working hours Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.

Initially onsite during a training period, then onsite or hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate has native level Dutch, fluent English (C1+), and at least one year in mass recruitment; call centre experience is desirable.

A typical day

• 6 months contract w/ 30 days trial (with possible extension)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM -6PM.
• Available to work onsite during 3 month training/trail. Following can be onsite or hybrid model

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native level of Dutch, fluent in English (C1 minimum), at least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment, and previous experience in call centre environment is desirable.
