Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Recruiter to attract, screen, and onboard top talent for a leading medical equipment client. The role is on-site with responsibilities spanning full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, and maintaining ATS records.

You’ll benefit from training, tools, and internal development opportunities, with a 9AM–6PM schedule and relocation assistance for moves to Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) at C1–C2 level with strong English.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate/BPO setting.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience hiring for technical or healthcare-related roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Screen and interview candidates for skills and fit.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS.
• Provide timely updates and clear communication to candidates.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding with HR and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local labour laws.
• Support employer branding and process improvements.
