The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Qualificações

• 3+ years in a service-oriented, technical or customer support role.
• Hotel front desk/reservations experience is advantageous.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
