WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across markets and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Requirements: fluent Dutch, C1 English, strong customer service and communication skills, plus the ability to learn and manage large information in a 24/7 rotation environment.

Onsite role with accommodation support; €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries, €7.63 food allowance per working day, and a €4,000 welcome

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (detail are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information

  Requirements

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
  • C1 level of English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
