WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal, onsite. The role involves professional, empathetic communication and resolving inquiries to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Role requires Dutch language fluency and English at C1 level. You will work in a 24/7 rotational environment with accommodation support available for relocating candidates.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information

  Requirements

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
  • C1 level of English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
