WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

On-site role with 24/7 rotation. Compensation includes €1,100 gross/month over 14 salaries, a €4,000 welcome bonus paid over year one, €7.63 per workday food allowance, and accommodation support for relocation.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
