WW Talents is hiring for a Dutch-speaking customer support role based in Porto, Portugal, onsite. The position requires fluent Dutch and C1 English, with 24/7 rotational shifts and a focus on high-quality customer service.

The compensation includes €1,100 gross per month paid over 14 salaries, a €4,000 welcome bonus (paid in 12 monthly installments), and accommodation support. A food allowance is provided as part of the package.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
