Cbtalents in Portugal is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international BPO. This remote role is within Portugal and targets fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build their career abroad.

You will assist customers through phone, email and chat, provide accurate information, resolve issues professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience while working with a multicultural, international team.
