Job summary

Closerhire in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Dutch-speaking recruitment specialist for a 6-month contract with a 30-day trial. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, with onsite training for 3 months. After training, the role can be onsite or hybrid, and relocation support is provided for candidates from abroad.

The ideal candidate is a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English (C1), with at least 1 year in mass recruitment and preferably call centre experience.

Qualifications

• Native level of Dutch.
• Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Previous experience in call centre environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• 6 months contract w/ 30 days trial (with possible extension).
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM -6PM.
• Available to work onsite during 3 month training; following can be onsite or hybrid model.
