Speak It in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Junior Social Media Content Moderator to start a career in digital marketing and online advertising. The role offers a monthly gross salary with accommodation options and relocation support so you can relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

The position requires native Dutch or high proficiency (C2) and strong English skills. You will provide B2B support via chat, email, and phone, advising clients on optimization of their advertising base and addressing customer

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
• Advanced level of English both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and writing
• Ability to evaluate customer complaints and make solid decisions
• Desire to learn, be curious, investigate and solve problems
• Experience with online advertising products and social media is a plus
• EU citizenship required
• Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B support to SMBs via chat, email and phone
• Consult B2B clients on optimization procedures for advertising base
• Provide pre and post-sales support for self-service products
• Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or FAQs
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Identify trends and solve problems for multiple SMB clients
• Provide customer insights to engineering
