Atlean World in Portugal is seeking Norwegian native speakers with strong English to join our Customer Support team. You will assist customers, resolve problems and create positive experiences daily in an international environment.

Even with no prior experience, you can grow here. We offer a relocation package: flight to Portugal, welcome assistance, shared apartment accommodation, free Portuguese lessons, and plenty of social activities to help you settle in.

Qualificações

We are looking forNorwegian native speakers with good English skills (B2 level or higher) who want to start or continue their career in Customer Support.

Requirements

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Norwegian, good English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A problem-solving, can-do mindset
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• Availability to work in shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• B2+ English level
• Availability to relocate to Portugal
