Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will combine sourcing, interviewing and candidate engagement to connect professionals with international clients in a fast-paced setting.

Fluency in Dutch and strong English, plus 1+ year of recruitment experience, are required. The role offers on-site work in Lisbon, health insurance and relocation assistance for new staff, and clear career opportunities within a growing global company.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with strong English.
• 1+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional communication skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file resumes, background and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews with applicants.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate offers and negotiate packages.
• Source candidates via various channels and maintain records in ATS/HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and company standards.
