Concentrix is hiring a Recruiter on-site in Lisbon, Portugal to attract, interview, and onboard talent for a leading healthcare client. You will source candidates, maintain records, and coordinate offers in partnership with HR.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and English
• 1+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing strategies and candidate-pipeline management
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience hiring for healthcare roles is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Screen and interview candidates to ensure a strong skills/culture fit
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS
• Provide timely updates and excellent communication to candidates
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination with HR and Operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvements
