Responsabilidades

• Content Creation & Localization:develop, write and localize Dutch/English B2B content.
• Omnichannel Support: assist via email, chat, and calls to explain tools.
• Manage multiple CMS and digital tools.
• Quality Assurance: ensure brand voice and linguistic accuracy.
• B2B Strategy: proactive outbound communication with clients.
