bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work remotely from Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service for EU customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. Relocation support is available for those moving to Portugal and training is provided.
