Resumo da oferta
The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist clients by phone, email and chat from Sete Rios, Lisbon. You will deliver a professional, high-quality experience while solving questions and requests.
Initially on-site with a move to a hybrid model after 3 months based on performance. The role offers base salary plus Dutch language allowance, a performance bonus, meal allowance and health insurance in an international environment.
Qualificações
- Native or fluent Dutch.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Customer Care / Call Centre experience is a plus.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Currently based in Portugal or able to work from Lisbon.
