Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products and services. You will interact via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels to deliver accurate, timely, and personalised assistance from Portugal.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2). EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit is needed, with opportunities for remote work and relocation support for eligible candidates in Portugal.

What We’re Looking For

• Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
