Cbtalents in Portugal is looking for a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, products and services. You will communicate via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms to deliver accurate, timely and personalised assistance.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. Relocation and remote work options are available to suitable candidates.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
