smart-recruitments is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will support European business clients via phone, email, and chat, helping them use digital advertising tools while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are Dutch-fluent with English (B2), strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Training starts from day one, with relocation support for Europe-based candidates.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2 minimum).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms.
• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience.
• Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
