Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Content Moderator to help shape a safer online environment. You will review text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, applying fair judgment and contextual understanding.

The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year experience, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) skills.

Qualificações

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
• 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or related analytical role.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Content Evaluation: Review user-generated content to verify compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Objective Moderation: Apply policies consistently and make balanced moderation decisions.
• Community Protection: Support the creation of a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital environment.
• Policy Application: Follow established procedures and adapt to updates in moderation policies.
• Case Escalation: Identify complex cases and escalate through proper channels.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on policy changes and moderation best practices.
