Kats Recruitment in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Content Moderation Specialist to maintain safe online communities. You will review Dutch user content against platform policies and work from our Lisbon office with relocation support.

The role offers a full relocation package including accommodation, and a clear path into growth roles within policy operations. Strong Dutch and English skills required, EU/EEA passport or Portuguese permit.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2) with fluent working proficiency in English (B2).
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese work/residence permit.

Responsabilidades

• Review Dutch user-generated content (text, image, video, audio) against platform policies and guidelines.
• Make decisions to approve, flag, or remove content and escalate as needed.
• Identify trends and policy evasion tactics to keep digital spaces safe and compliant.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation outcomes using internal tools.
